We submitted several patient's demographics and insurance information to be billed and only recieved one check without an EOB. After several requests, we still can't get a single document detailing the insurance company's rulings. It's all word of mouth, and delay tatics. It has all seemed VERY UNETHICAL, and as a professional medical practice- we were made very uncomfortable associating with this company.
